Each Economy Class passenger is allowed one carry-on bag. Passengers in Crown Class (except those traveling on Embraer aircraft where the limit is one piece of carry-on baggage per all passengers) are allowed two pieces of carry-on baggage. Maximum dimensions for small bags/portfolios: 23 cm x 36 cm x 56 cm (depth x height x width). Maximum weight: 7 kg. Passengers are allowed 30 kg in Crown Class and 20 kg in Economy Class. Children ages 5-12 years old: accepted to travel from/to RJ gateways and points beyond, except when traveling to USA and Canada, where they are accepted to travel only to RJ gateways. Children ages 12-18: Only accepted on flights to/from USA or Canada. Infants are passengers under the age of 24 months. Infants do not have a separate seat and must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult.
