Etihad check-in desks open at least three hours before the scheduled departure time (four hours for flights out of Abu Dhabi). An economy class passenger can carry one carry-on bag weighing up to 7 kg. A bag may be up to 56cm x 36cm x 23cm. A business class passenger may carry two bags weighing up to 12kg and measuring no more than 56cm x 36cm x 23cm.
